A empresa Xuxa Promo\u00e7\u00f5es e Produ\u00e7\u00f5es, de\u00a0Xuxa Meneghel, foi condenada pela Justi\u00e7a do Rio, nesta quarta-feira (13), a pagar aproximadamente R$ 43 milh\u00f5es por apropria\u00e7\u00e3o dos personagens de “A turma do Cabralzinho”, em um processo que corre h\u00e1 20 anos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O empres\u00e1rio mineiro Leonardo Soltz acusa a empresa de Xuxa de usar seus personagens em uma a\u00e7\u00e3o especial em comemora\u00e7\u00e3o aos 500 anos do descobrimento do Brasil. Segundo Soltz, os personagens Cabralzinho, Bebel, Quim, Purri e Caramirim foram criados em 1997.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Soltz contou que apresentou o projeto para a empresa no ano seguinte, e que teriam rejeitado a ideia. Entretanto, em 1999, o empres\u00e1rio afirmou ter sido pego de surpresa com a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de personagens semelhantes pela Xuxa Promo\u00e7\u00f5es e Produ\u00e7\u00f5es Art\u00edsticas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
