Um homem foi preso em\u00a0Jacobina, no Piemonte da Diamantina, ao ser flagrado estuprando o enteado, de 11 anos e com espectro de autismo. O crime foi descoberto ap\u00f3s a m\u00e3e da v\u00edtima ligar para o Conselho Tutelar, que foi at\u00e9 o local e flagrou o crime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Segundo a TV S\u00e3o Francisco, o fato ocorreu no final da tarde desta quinta-feira (18). A fam\u00edlia da crian\u00e7a j\u00e1 era acompanhada pelo Conselho Tutelar devido a den\u00fancias de maus-tratos contra o garoto e um irm\u00e3o dele. Ainda segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es, o padrasto atendeu a liga\u00e7\u00e3o telef\u00f4nica feita pelo Conselho Tutelar para o celular da m\u00e3e das crian\u00e7as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ap\u00f3s falar com o \u00f3rg\u00e3o, o homem esqueceu de desligar o telefone e iniciou a viol\u00eancia sexual, o que permitiu os conselheiros a gravar as falas do acusado e os gritos da v\u00edtima. O \u00f3rg\u00e3o levou o \u00e1udio para a pol\u00edcia que foi at\u00e9 o im\u00f3vel e prendeu o acusado. A crian\u00e7a passou por exame de corpo de delito nesta quinta-feira (19).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Devido ao caso, o garoto e o irm\u00e3o voltaram a ficar sob tutela do Conselho Tutelar. O crime e uma poss\u00edvel neglig\u00eancia da m\u00e3e das crian\u00e7as s\u00e3o investigados pela delegacia de Jacobina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
